On August 3, 1982, this unidentified female died as a result of injuries sustained when she was struck by a tractor-trailer on Interstate 95 in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The decedent is estimated to be between 14 and 17 years of age and had dark blonde or brown hair. She was wearing blue jeans, a dark blue blouse, and brown sandals at the time of her death. The decedent was thought to be a hitchhiker and may have used the name "Donna" during her travels. She was believed to have been in Oklahoma City, OK; Canutillo, TX; and West Monroe, LA prior to her death, and may have been a runaway. On June 9, 1973, this unidentified child was pushed in front of a moving vehicle in Pinellas County, Florida, and died at the scene. According to witnesses, the decedent was involved in an altercation with a black male prior to being pushed into the path of the vehicle. The decedent was estimated to be between 14 and 17 years of age. She was new to the area, and was believed to have been a runaway from an unknown location. The child had dark auburn hair and distinctive blue eyes. Her front tooth was chipped, but it is not clear whether the chip was present prior to her death. She has used the name Janice Marie Brock, and friends knew her as "Maria" or "Marie". Fingerprints are available. The St. Petersburg Police Department's case number is 73-46184, and the Medical Examiner's case number is 73-1084. The "DOB," "Age Now," fields are approximations.
